I rate this book as a WEAK "4". It was imaginative and arousing where it showed detail but, in trying to cover a wide range of events and time, it had to skim over large chunks of developments. 4 out of 5 (Eljay)

Exceptional story. Very much look forward to the next part. Character development for the slaves in this story was wonderful. All the characters had good development and were easy to accept. While this is another story of 2 natural submissives finding their bless in a dominate Master, there is enough coercion to satisfy my tastes. A mother and daughter are tricked and trained to be sex slaves of a powerful man and enjoy every minute of it and each other. I hope book 2 is as engrossing as book 1. An interesting concept and well written. Sadly a little short and sweet. It needs the final copulation to be developed into a mailstom of thrashing orgasms, or something like that. If that was done it would be a solid 4. 3 out of 5 (Sooty)

"It was as though" sums up 80% of this story. This expression was used so often I was unable to concentrate on the story. Sometimes this author focuses on an expression or word repeating it over and over to the total detriment of the plot. This is such a case. My love-hate relationship with this author's work has, with this book,
slid solidly into hate. I've read two of her previous books and one
thing hasn't changed with this one: the author has a maddening,
idiosyncratic style of almost mindless repetition that nearly demands
that you skim rather than read. Here's a sample:

"Maggie had never been able to get over the development of Melody. How
she had been more advanced than her years. How she had been much like
herself. How her own breasts had popped when she was just twelve years
old. She would always remember that would Maggie. And how she hadn't
been at all surprised when Melody more or less followed the same
development path. Mature physically and with the mind always playing
catch up."

And it's not like this is a once-in-while for emphasis thing. It's
constant. The reading is a slog from start to finish. You might ask,
knowing this, why read her work?

Her previous books delivered in unique fashion lez-dom sexual control
and graphic torture with a pretty good look into the heads of torturer
and victim. Sadly, this is almost absent from this book. There's a
little teaser at the front and a bit at the end, but the middle is a
mind-numbing, boring yet grim look into someone going to pieces under
pressure. I kept waiting for the good bits that never came. Normally,
at the end of book, I'm sad and want more. At the end of this one, it
was, "Thank heaven, it's over."

The author took a short 70,000 word novel and cut into to novellas so
she can sell it as twice the prices. Maybe, just maybe, all the good
stuff is in Taken II? I want to know if I can permanently put this
author on my never-to-be-read-again list. I'm just not sure it's worth

Good book. Storyline similiar to some of his other books but if you

Can't recommend this series.  There is too much time jumping which
leads to essentially a recap of previous pages. It isn't hard to
follow but terribly annoying. This is just a way to extend a short

A incredible journey into the world of extreme sadism. This might not be everyone's cup of tea, but for those who want to see a woman broken simply because she can be, look no further. Only one minor issue with the book. There are a number of misspellings like we're instead of were, but those do not detract from the story. I mention them because they are something a good proofreader can easily help the author with. 5 out of 5

this has to be her worst ,a self indulgent unbelievable story where not much happens in an effort to con you into buying "book 2" and there is always a book 2 or 3, you might as well buy just one of the early "books" which weren't bad and read that over and over again as the story line never ever changes, she found a winning hand and keeps playing it except each time it gets weaker and more predictable 1 out of 5 (dontbuy)
