The reality is that she is an Interrogator for a sleeper cell operating in the capital. She isn't a suicide bomber, she isn't a 'lone-wolf' with a knife. Jameela isn't on the front line at all - instead, her speciality is extracting information from other women. She works undercover and behind the scenes in a fully equipped subterranean facility designed for purpose. She can only do the job she does because she is a natural sadist. And she is the type of sadist who obtains sexual gratification from what she inflicts casually and without conscience. She is perfect for the job she does.

Fay is a special ops undercover officer cunningly taken out by the sleeper cell, and transferred to Jameela. Lesley is an unfortunate innocent, taken out 'for fun'. And Carly, a mature, busty, statuesque woman of substance is a highly desirable but obnoxious racist, who is taken out, also for fun. All three ladies ending up in adjoining 'accommodation' at Jameela's facility. The thing about this facility is that no sound from outside can filter in, and no sound can get out either.
