Disjointed and poorly written. 2 out of 5 (Fred) Not close to her best work. Just a series of short vinyets all without
beginnings or endings. Just the middle part of a short story. While
they are all intriguing they are all also disappointing. To make
matters worse at the end of the stories are a few pages from one of
her Begging Chair stories. It is bad enough to pay for a book of short
vinyets but to find that some of the pages are advertising for her
other books. Finally the Begging Chair books are written using
annoying woke pronouns which is why I dropped the series after the
first part. Avoid this whatever it is. 1 out of 5 (Stark47)
