Emma's shoulders slumped. Julia now took charge. She told Emma that she could have kept control of her company if she had acted fast enough but her principal preferred enslavement and that was now unavoidable. She told Emma that she now had two choices. Firstly she could voluntarily enslave with Daresbury Global. She would receive a punishment for not seeing Julia at the first opportunity but she would be allowed to return to Reid Marketing, as a key member of the team.

The company would be rebranded as DG Marketing Ltd. Julia stressed that the rebranding would occur whichever option she chose. If she took this option, she would not be required to strip in front of her employees, though she would still be handcuffed collared and gagged. As her employees were probably expecting something even more dramatic to happen in a few days anyway, this would be her better option.

If she refused that offer, Julia was empowered to demand an immediate judicial enslavement. The court would issue the order, as DGH had sufficient evidence that Emma had used company money to pay the rent on her house, the rental on her TV, phone and internet package at home, and had been claiming expenses that were bogus, in order to maintain her lifestyle. She was also using company assets for personal use, in particular the company car. The judicial proceedings would take three hours to process. In the meantime she would be held at Dobson's Slave Emporium in a secure cell. After her enslavement, she would be led from the court naked and in chains. She would be paraded naked around the estate and in front of her former premises. She would be taken inside to be exhibited to her former employees and would have to beg the male employees to allow her to give them a blow job. Finally, she would be taken to Dobson's for auction. In that case it was by no means certain that DGH would buy her, and she might end up with a master who wanted to abuse her, possibly even her ex-husband. Even if DGH did buy her, she would spend a month in the sucking frames at Suks*N*Fuks before even being considered for reassignment. Quite possibly that is where she would remain. Julia stressed that Daresbury Global wanted her company; she was not necessarily part of that package.

Julia looked at the sad figure in front of her. Emma had tried to power dress with a white cotton blouse, black leather skirt, worn with a wide belt and high heels but her careworn appearance just did not carry it off. She was forty three and looked more like fifty. Her value as a slave was low to anyone not being aware of her talent and even that was now in doubt in business circles. Whether Emma would be an asset to the new company she didn't know and didn't really care much either way.

Emma seemed to come to a decision. She turned her back on Julia and then put her hands together behind her back. She waited for Julia to cuff her and then turned so that Julia could add the collar and lead. Julia held out the ballgag and Emma opened her mouth to receive it. A few minutes later she was led into Reception. Julia paused and gave the Receptionist some instructions. The company was still operating and all wages were guaranteed by DGH. She would return later that day to take charge and until then any phone calls had to be answered with the phrase 'DG Marketing, how can I help?' Emma found it extremely humiliating to stand cuffed and gagged. By the time Julia was finished; all fifteen employees were in Reception, looking at their bound and gagged boss. The three male employees were clearly enjoying the site of their now clearly former boss.

'No need to pass on the message, I see, Staff meeting at five o'clock. Anyone not attending will be fired', she said as she pulled on Emma's lead and took her out onto the pavement. She led Emma to Dobson's Slave World. There the resident solicitor administered the pregnancy test and when it proved negative, Emma was unbound, required to strip, then re-cuffed and locked in a slave pen. The gag remained in throughout.
