The Fostil Hunt

Chapter 1

Introduction

The story is set in 2058, after several violent mass murders and shootings, where women and children were the main victims, as they left the schools; the United States Government took the decision to ban all guns in private ownership.

The citizens were given a week to surrender their firearms, and after that only the armed forces and the police were allowed to carry firearms. The government also decided that the police could now be issued a modern type of Taser, which fired electrodes, without the need for the wires, each projectile carried its own power supply, and it could be fired up to a hundred yards and still be effective, therefore pistols and rifles were now only issued as needed, even to the police force.

Wild animals had also suffered from unrestricted hunting practices; to preserve the dwindling life stock of wild animals, hunting had also been banned by the government. Hunting had been enjoyed by a large section of the population and this ban annoyed and upset the hunting fraternity.

As usual, when the law steps in and bans something enjoyed by a large portion of the populous, criminals move in, and they begin to make huge profits from selling the product, illegally. The criminal underground organised trips, taking the hunters out into the wilds to hunt and shoot game, in some of the hunts anything that moved became a target. It was reckoned that about ten percent of the hunters never went home, and their deaths were not reported, just a shallow grave, or they were left to the few remaining wild animals to dispose of the carcases. Wild life parks were patrolled, but money encouraged them to turn a blind eye, if they did not look the other way, the wardens, or the families of the wardens and in some cases both the wardens and their families, became victims of the criminal underground.

Alison Williamson, the governor of a High Security Female Correctional Centre was one such person. She earned substantial sums from her illegal activities, using the prison inmates for her profit.

She was in her forties, and she was the Governor of Fostil Female Correctional Facility. She had organised the inmates of the prison to do her bidding, forcing them into prostitution, appearing in blue movies as actresses their faces were not on camera just the part of their anatomy that was to be punished by the Master, when they went as a sub-missive, as slaves for male dominant or, as the director of the film required, all to satisfy Alison's thirst for money. She was a forty something, and with the help of the State Senator, with whom she had sex on a weekly basis, as his Dominatrix, she had risen quickly from a guard to her current position as the Governor of Fostil.

She had found out via him that the sex trade was booming, especially the kinky side of the market, and blue films, she was soon fully involved, using her prisoners, the ones serving life sentences, as prostitutes, actresses, and dominatrix's, or as sub missive slaves for her client's.

Her clients tended to be the ones that enjoyed being overzealous and had run out of the professionals willing to allow their debauched, and violent activities to be perpetrated on the bodies of the professionals.

Alison's women had no choice; she would and could hurt them far more than the clients would do, she had no feelings for the prisoners, considering them as sub human.

To protect her activities, she had dismissed all the honest guards, and employed her own family in the prison as guards and other departments, where an honest employee might stumble on her activities. To doubly ensure her security she had the help of the Senator, who watched her back for her that is for as long as she met him once a week for his entertainment, so she was protected for the time being, at least.

This story illustrates just one of her seedy and illegal activities, this time utilising the ban on hunting. The quarry in the hunt was not some dumb animal, but a prisoner, who was let lose in a large forested area, the forest was within an electrified fence, keeping the victim and hunters inside securely, and the forest was within the perimeter of the prison confines.

Because the forest was within the prison confines, and she had an agreement with the state senator that the long term prisoners would tend the forest, there were no checks on her activities. The exception to this was when she had been previously warned by the senator, who sat on the prison board, of an impending visit by the Prison Board Inspectors, and so she was able to make sure that when a visit was due, she had several prisoners tending to the forest, they had been told to speak well of their activity, or face her.

The weapons she had chosen were paint guns; the pellets were filled with a chemical that partially paralysed the muscles wherever the prey was hit, and a dye to mark the position of the hit. Each hunter was issued with a different coloured dye, so that the officer in charge of the shoot could identify the person who had made the shot closest to the kill zone.

The prize for the person who made the kill shot, or the person who hit the prisoner closest to a kill shot - a kill shot being one that had hit the body as near to the heart as possible - won the contest and got the prize; the prey.

The hunt was for two to three days, the prey, an inmate was set free, in the forest, she was dressed as requested by the hunters, from fully clothed to totally naked, and all points in between. The prize was that the winner, had the use of the prey's body, he could have sex as many times and in as many positions, or ways, as he wanted, until the booked time, was up. This meant that the quicker one of the hunters made a kill, the longer he had her to play with. The prize for the victim, was not to have sex with the hunter, but was returned to the prison, all they had to do was make it to the extract zone, before being caught.

The hunt lasted usually between twelve and twenty four hours, before the victim was caught. The women were not used to being hunted in the forest, and knew nothing about leaving tracks, which an experienced hunter would be able to follow. The estimated time that the hunter was allowed to enjoy their victim, was normally about a day for them to enjoy their debauched, sexual pleasure with the prey.

It was not unusual for the hunters to share their trophy with the rest of the hunters, they had, had the thrill of the hunt, and had first use of the prisoner, and now needed to rest, so the others used her as they wished. It was really a day's hunt, and then a days' debauchery, with an apparently willing woman, but the women really were not willing, just too afraid of the Governor's methods of ensuring that they were, that they pretended to enjoy the exercise, not to appear happy to be the victim as they had been told to, meant certain pain and deprivation.

The prison was ideally situated for a secure prison for women who had committed a serious crime, or had tried several times to escape, because it was on the edge of the dessert.

There was a manmade stream which ran through a manmade forest close to the prison; it had been a government experiment which had worked exceedingly well. With the constant supply of fresh water, the forest had flourished, and over the years had grown into a wild life preserve, with fallen trees, new trees and well established trees, there were also three or four clearings.

It was an ideal hunting ground, there were places for the prey to go to earth, and areas for the hunter, where the prey was visible. The days were hot and the nights were cold, several of the prey gave themselves up as the night drew in, to get in the warmth of the camp. If they managed to elude capture for the first day, then they spent a lonely cold night roughing it without any form of shelter. Even the idea of a man having sex with them, one they didn't want to have sex with, was appealing when the alternative was spending the night shivering, and the possibility of hyperthermia, or being bitten by the bugs.

Unfortunately, not all the hunters were what we would call civilised, and tied their prey up outside in the cold, or locked them in a cage like a wild animal, and only brought them into their tents for sex. Then the hunter threw them back out again, into the cold night.

The pellets didn't kill, but did hurt when the hunter hit the prey, added to this, once caught they had to be taken to the camp, some were allowed to walk, some were trussed up and hung from a pole like a wild animal, some were beaten, whipped, or given the cane. The prey's body belong to the hunter for the duration of the period left between capture and the end of the hunt. Once a prisoner had been on the hunt, they usually preferred hyperthermia to the other alternatives.

All that remains for me to say is, happy hunting.
