Rick's smile returned. He uncrossed
his legs and leaned in, his gaze never escaping hers. Another shiver crept
through Lisa's spine and she uncrossed her legs, and then crossed them again,
in the other direction. She felt uneasy and looked out the window.
"So you're really willing to do
anything?" Rick repeated.
"Anything," Lisa repeated.
"Then take off that blouse," Rick
ordered.
Lisa gasped at the suggested and her
eyes widened in surprise.
"I'm sorry, what?" Lisa asked in
confusion.
"I'd like you to take that blouse off,
right now," Rick repeated sternly.
"I... uh, that's... I mean, isn't that
some kind of HR violation?" Lisa questioned.
"Oh I'm sure it is, but really, it's
your word against mine. And you don't work for me at the moment, so you are
more than welcome to leave this office," Rick replied, leaning back on his
chair again.
Lisa's jaw remained open in shock. She
couldn't believe what she was hearing. She stood up and turned, heading towards
the door.
"Just as I thought, it's always just
words," Rick said.
Lisa stopped and stared at the door.
Her heart raced in a mix of anger and... excitement. She had been single for the past
couple of years and recently, she had been wondering if she was even attractive
anymore. Rick's gaze and his command for her to take off her blouse, it
reassured her a bit.
"Go on, head on through those jobs if
you want to go back to your new bitch of an executive, and get coffee. But
don't say you're willing to do anything if you aren't," Rick teased.
Lisa balled her fists and turned,
making sure to stick her heel into the carpet. She glared at Rick and crossed
her arms.
"Is this some kind of test? Some sick,
perverted test?" Lisa replied angrily.
"A test? No. You wanted to speak
honestly, well that's what I'm doing. I'm sure at your small company,
executives actually act like executives. But once you move up to the big boys,
being an executive assistant is more than just grabbing a coffee or using
Outlook. No, it's much more. Executives at my level, we're busy and stressed,
we need some kind of relief," Rick explained.
He leaned forward and picked up a
picture of a black skinned woman, most likely his wife. He stared at it briefly
and then placed it face down on his desk.
"And that stress, it's hard to get it
out of the system. Even for those with families, the families themselves are
stress. So that's why we really hire executive assistants. Especially those
willing to do anything," Rick continued.
Lisa tapped her foot, her anger
igniting from within. She turned, looked at the door and then headed towards it
again. She reached out and grabbed the door handle and paused, her heart racing
even faster than before.
She turned around and looked back at
Rick, her hand still on the handle. There was a moment of silence as the two
locked eyes. Time seemed to slow down, the ticking of the clock in the room
echoing between the two.
Her fingers slowly wrapped around the
handle and held it in place. Her thumb moved down to the center of the handle
and pushed down the lock. She let go of the handle and turned her whole body
towards Rick.
"You are going to hire me," she said
with an edge to her voice.
She unbuttoned her blouse, practically
ripping it off her body. Rick seemed impressed as he sat back and crossed his
legs again. A huge grin appeared on his face as he watched her standing before
him in just her lacy pink bra and black skirt, along with her open toed heels.
"There. Do you believe me now?" Lisa
asked.
"This is a good first step. But I
believe I mentioned relieving stress. What do you think that means?" Rick asked
in response.
Lisa stepped forward, making sure to
sway her hips as she neared him. She reached behind her and slowly undid her
bra, letting it slide down her silky smooth shoulders. Her soft, round breasts
bounced up and down as she made her way to Rick. His eyes followed along their
path, watching them sway left and right.
"Now I think you're getting it," Rick
said with a smile.
