Fangs Of Sweet Undeath

(Brandy Corvin)

I can't take it anymore. It's hard ignoring this growing hunger within me. It's bubbling up from within, taking over my very being. Like the plague it kills off all my other thoughts and fills my preoccupations, consuming my mind in a frenzy of desire.

My legs propel me forward as I pounce onto Rick. Strange, he doesn't dodge, as if he knows this will happen. He tilts his neck away from me, exposing his blue veins beneath his pale skin.

As if on cue, I sink the fangs I never knew were there deep into his flesh, like a thirsty person near a well. A small part of me feels bad for attacking Rick like that, but it's quickly thrown back to the recesses of my mind. Until my thirst is sated I can't think of anything else.

Rick smiles as he looks away, like he anticipated this reaction from me.

"Now now, don't drain me completely," he jokes, "I know I'm already dead but..."

I throw my head back. The thirst has gone away, for now. Looking at how bewildered he is, I stifle a giggle at his lame joke earlier.
