The Ponygirl Inspector

Perhaps we should begin by doing a little introduction. My name is Karen Barnes. I work as an undercover Inspector for the International Ponygirl Committee. Yes, I agree the name is a bit sexiest, I mean, it just implies that the committee only regulates ponygirls while in truth, it regulates everything about ponygirls and ponyboys, anything about human pony that is. 



Their, our work is the reason why human pony activities has largely been undetected by now. There are strict rules and regulations to govern the activities, among the most important is the capture and conversion of new ponies. Captures of new ponies used to be the provisions of the individual stables, but due to some near misses, the committee had stepped in, and mandated the use of the capture team they provided, in order to avoid the use of inexperienced or incompetent capture teams. 



It was a great compromise. The Auction Block, IPC's new pony market is not affected, and stables, especially those with specific order captures can use the IPC capture team to fulfil their contract. Then there is my division, where we make sure stables adhere to a modicum of standard. Ponygirls are supposed to be sexy creatures, not abused and scared all the time. We're not some two-bit whore training centre here. 



So, from time to time, my division which most call the Compliance and Standards Division will send out surprise inspections to stables all over the world to ensure they adhere to standards that the IPC has set. There is a fine line between training and downright abuse, and we all don't want that now do we? Messy to clean up, and even if the ponies are unwilling at first, the right training will soon show them that this is the best life for them. 



A little about me then. Karen Barnes. I got into IPC like how many of us ended up working for the IPC ??" family connections. Specifically, my father, Lord Haverstock. Should I be called Lady Haverstock then? Nope, that title belongs to my half-sister, who had no idea about this world. I was born, well to be blunt my dam is the legendary Golden Sunrise. 



It's quite normal although these days quite frowned upon for an owner to have progeny with his own stock. Yes, we do have movements, protest even in the close-knit IPC circle, and currently making the rounds are ponyboys for ponygirls thing. Stated intention is to make sure ponygirls only mate with ponyboys. Of course, that sets off all kinds of discussion about same pony mating, but I don't pretty much pay attention to politics.



Well, my father did make a decision, and raised me human.
