Before I got to Rising High, I heard someone whistle from a car window.  I would have normally ignored such an attention getter, but this time I stopped in my tracks and smiled.  The man behind the wheel was handsome, and looked to be about thirty years old.  He gave me a wave and I blew him a kiss.  He must have been surprised at my reaction because as soon as the light turned green, he drove forward a couple feet, parked his BMW, and hopped out of the car. 



 "You are so gorgeous.  I think I've seen you over at Rising High Bakery.  I get my coffee there every morning.  In fact, I'm heading there now."  He smiled and then handed me his card.  "My name's Kevin."  He cocked his head to the side and then looked me up and down.  "I have a real thing for clean and innocent looking women like you.  Let me take you out to dinner."  He was so forward that I found it almost impossible to decline his request.



I smiled and then twirled a tress of hair for a few seconds.  "I'll think about it."  I looked at his card and then slid it into my top pocket.  He chuckled and then walked back to his car, a smile spread across his face the whole time.  I watched as he drove away into the traffic, and then I continued my eventful walk to the bakery.
