She pressed her foot down, knowing the pressure would push against his balls, but not really hurt him.



James hissed in a breath of surprise. "I said I would be nice, I'm not using my heels." Katy admonished. "At least not tonight." She wriggled her foot back and forth, causing him to wince in fear. But when he lifted his ass to pull away, his balls stayed trapped under the toe of her shoe and he quickly came back, groaning.
