STORY DESCRIPTION

Now it always seemed to me people don't start with major crimes. They start with graffiti and drunkenness & petty theft, then serious robbery & home invasion and only then to major crime. So a detective should have other things to occupy his time on days when he isn't occupied with major crimes. I have use a few of the characters from Midsomer Murders TV series to illustrate my point
