STORY DESCRIPTION

When a young man reaches the age of maturity, his parents face the task of preparing him for the adult world. If his birthday is also Christmas Day, an obvious solution is to present him with his first pleasure slave. When his parents are rich and powerful- indeed when they rule a substantial part of North Wales- she can be a virgin, albeit one trained for months to give their son the best possible introduction to his life of depravity and self-indulgence. Ruth is the daughter of an executed criminal who, as a member of a puritanical cult, has kept her isolated and untouched, soon to be married to a husband of his choice.

Ruth's sister fled long ago, and she is waiting for an opportunity to do so when her father is found to be part of a cult conspiracy to destabilize the state. Then the plot is uncovered, and she and her mother are enslaved, along with three other virgin cult members. Ruth is chosen for training as a pleasure slave, but all the instruction is by women until, on Christmas Day, she is exposed to the world and presented to her new owner. Their mutual defloration happens quickly, but against a background of extreme weather caused by global warming, a jealous sister with her own claim to be the legitimate heiress, and a household full of slaves who are all probably spies. Then, as they celebrate the New Year during the storm of the century, events take an unexpected turn.
