STORY DESCRIPTION

Chris Silvo has just purchased another rental and is now looking forward to making enough money to make his rental business a profitable venture. With a larger rental, Chris rents his new rental to Destiny, who is a single black mother of two children. Chris soon finds out that Destiny is not able to make the rent on time. She then offers him sexual favors in return for late rent and skipped weeks. Chris now finds himself having unprotected sex with a single black mother and enjoying the risk of everything he is doing with her. When she moves out, Chris finds out she left him with a gift and a curse of unprotected sex with woman who are not on birth control.

As Chris navigates his way around various renters, he discovers that he is able to offer competitive rents to woman who are in need and are willing to put out. Destiny has moved but is still helping other renters move in as she is setting up Chris to further his adventures with other woman. Chris now finds himself in a love triangle with his renters and with Destiny who comes to visit with the result of their unprotective encounters.
