She wakes up in a strange, hospital-like room alone - but with her arms secured tightly behind her, naked, and collared. She staggers out of the room, and what she finds amazes her; several dozen women, all restrained like her, standing about. Several other women who are neither naked nor restrained are circulating around, talking with these women.
She is introduced to Kathleen, Paige, and Diane - the three women who run the clinic. They tell her she will be treated to cure her addiction, and that their program includes constant bondage and therapy so she can understand how her arrogant and selfish behavior has led her to this point. She screams and threatens them, but they are unmoved. There is no escape for Kelly, and even her over-the-top defiance will not help - it will only earn her more punishment.

Elena has been at the clinic for some time. She remains bound, but is nearly ready to be released and rejoin society as a fully functioning woman, free of her addictions. But she has a problem. One of the Head Mistresses, Diane, has taken a liking to her, using her sexually very often, and Elena is coming to crave submitting to the powerful woman. She never considered herself a lesbian, nor into such kinky bondage activities, but she cannot deny how excited she gets when Diane uses her. Patients in this facility are never permitted to orgasm, so Elena grows more frustrated and excited every day.
She confides in Diane and asks if she might be permitted to serve her after she is released from treatment. When she gets her answer, it might not be exactly what she wants - or is it?
