STORY DESCRIPTION

Priya Raman is a doctor, but she doesn't work in a hospital or clinic, helping to ease pain and suffering. Instead, she works at Female Corporal Punishment Center Number Three, making sure that women who have been sentenced to a judicial caning are fit to take their punishment. Her deep, dark secret is that she herself watched young women being caned and whipped in Trabbia, a Southeast Asian country, which she visited back when she was in college, along with her professor and two classmates. Later, Priya, her friends and her professor were caned themselves.
