About Henry Sparrowhawk: Greetings from the depths of rural England, to all you lovers of great bondage / bdsm / discipline literature. I've been a bit quiet recently - I've been spending most of my time renovating my crumbling old house, but now at last I've finished another book: 'Daisy, Sold!'
It's set in a dystopian world in the near future, and it tells the story of a reserved, well brought up girl whose family are suddenly denounced to the totalitarian regime which has taken power. Daisy's brother and father are sent to a labour camp and Daisy and her mother are condemned to serve as 'egirls', prostitutes in all but name. Daisy and her friends suffer the shame and humiliation of having to 'entertain' any man who can spare a little cash - whether they are complete strangers, or former family friends, acquaintances or colleagues. Escape is impossible. They are microchipped. She soon learns who her real friends are - and who will take advantage of her terrible predicament. She must adapt quickly, because if she fails to please, the punishments are both painful and humiliating.
You may already have read my previous books, including the 'Spoils of War' series. It is set in the year 2999. Man has at last colonised other worlds, but the vast Empire is at threat from the Atkoi tribes, descended from human colonists but who have long since reverted to barbarism. Now the Atkoi are united under a charismatic leader who has acquired modern faster than light warships and weapons. As war sweeps across the known galaxy, the helpless young women of civilised Imperial planets will pay a terrible price for the weakness of their government, as they become spoils of war, conscripted into brothels for the Atkoi military, or transported beyond any hope of rescue, destined to be branded and sold in the slave markets of distant worlds, to stock the brothels and harems of the Atkoi.
Have a great read!
