The door opened and Rachael, one of the girls from one of the other dorm sections, rushes
into the room and lets the door slam behind her. She stops in her tracks as her eyes
catches Mrs. Jackson’s eyes. She stands frozen in time with her mouth open.
Madame Éloise takes exception to the rude interruption. “That is not the proper
way for a young lady to enter a room, especially when she is late.”
Rachael blurts out a nervous explanation. “I had to pee … I mean use the facilities.”
Mrs. Jackson is visibly angry at Rachael’s rude and brash behavior. ”Where is your
section leader?”
Tina is seated in the back row. She takes a deep breath and stands up. “I’m here ma’am.”
Mrs. Jackson addresses Tina. “Was it not clear to her as it was apparently everyone else,
the precise starting time?”
Tina gives Rachael a stern look. Rachael looks down. She knows she’s in for it. 
Tina’s demeanor becomes very apologetic as she answers Mrs. Jackson. “Forgive me ma’am.
But yes, it was made clear to her as it was all of the girls in my section. I assure you
that I will deal with her when we get back to the dorm.”
Mrs. Jackson replies, “It’s not me you need to apologize to. You should direct your
apologies to Madame Éloise and your classmates.”
Tina looks over at Madame Éloise, “I apologize for the interruption Madame. I
assure you and the class that this will not happen again.”
Mrs. Jackson turns to Madame Éloise, “As you can see Madame Éloise you have
your work cut out for you.” She exits the room.
Madame Éloise waits until Mrs. Jackson leaves the room and then she addresses
Tina. “I take it that you are the one responsible for the correction of this child?”
Tina answers, “Yes ma’am. I assure you that …”
Madame Éloise cuts Tina off in mid-sentence. “Since she has chosen to show such
disrespect for her fellow classmates, then I feel it is only fitting that she is punished
in the presence of her classmates. Maybe that will teach her some respect and
consideration for others and their time.”
“Yes ma’am.” Tina walks over to Rachael and takes her by her arm and leads her to the
front of the class. Rachael knows better to resist. She knows Tina is pissed and she
doesn’t want to make matters worse for herself.
Mrs. Éloise wheels her chair out in front of her desk. She goes back to her desk
and picks up her brief case. She opens it and removes a thick worn leather barber’s razor
strap. 
Rachael’s knees go weak. She can already feel the leather strap biting into her tender
flesh. Tina sits down in Madame Éloise’s chair. She pulls Rachael over her knee
without warning. Rachael dress rides up and partially exposes the bottom of her bare
cheeks. 
Tina reaches down and grabs the hem of her victim’s dress and pulls it up over her hips
until her bare bottom is full exposed. Rachael isn’t wearing panties. Rachael raises her
hips as Tina pulls her dress completely up around her waist.
Tina taps Rachael’s legs. “Spread your legs and keep them spread.” 
Rachael spreads her legs as far apart as she can. She knows it will go harder on her if
she doesn’t do as she’s told.
