“Where’s Sam?”  Anne asked softly.
“He’s in the other room, sweetheart.” 
She looked fearfully over to see what had been placed on the treatment tray. There was a
large, open jar of lubricant, pairs of plastic gloves, disposable anal and vaginal
speculums and several other rather scary items. Robert’s fingers would be the primary
probes in the beginning but he’d decided that a few different sized vibrating dildoes
might prove beneficial at the end. 
“I want Sam.”  She repeated.
“I’ll call your husband in here when the time is right.”
She gave another fearful look at the metal tray.
“But….”
“Hush now, Anne. You promised your husband and me that you would behave yourself.”
Anne watched curiously, as he walked over to the medical cabinet.  When she saw him
return with some different sized anal probes, her eyes began to tear up and widen in
dread.  
She asked with a whimper.
“Are you going to stick those up inside me too?”  
“Yes, Anne, I am.” He answered tranquilly.
Her head swiftly shook from side to side.
“No, no,” she sobbed.
“Quiet down, Anne.” He answered her calmly again. “You were told that you were going to
receive an extensive vaginal and rectal exam.  I also told you that both examinations
wouldn’t hurt.” 
Her sobs became a little bit louder.
It was Anne’s first visit to him and Robert was beginning to think that he had dismissed
Claire, his broad-minded nurse, too early.  Perhaps it would have been better for Anne, if
Claire had stayed to hold her hand and encourage her during his unorthodox but very
thorough procedures.
“Now Anne, let’s have none of that. Everything that’s about to happen to your body was
explained to you beforehand. Remember?” 
“Yes, I remember,” she whimpered.
In spite of the long conversation they’d had before the exam, he knew Anne felt that this
whole scenario was bizarre. She was still uneasy at having finally caved-in and given her
consent to have the doctor examine her but she didn’t want to see her new marriage go up
in smoke.  Even though she was at first reluctant, it was evident to Robert that she was
committed to do everything possible to avoid losing her husband.  Of course Sam’s
insistence and threats had been persuasive.  What choice did she have?  Sam was worth
nearly a half a billion dollars and that was something no woman was about to give up. 
Shushing her quietly, Robert walked to the head of the exam table and stretched Anne’s
arms up over her shoulders and guided her hands to grab onto the two raised steel bars
that lay on either side above her head. Anne looked up at the mirrored ceiling and gazed
at the reflection of her outspread nakedness.  
“Hold onto these tightly Anne. I want your arms and hands to stay in this position, until
I tell you its okay to let go.  Do you understand?”
She nodded yes, as he looked down on her tear stained face. Robert’s voice was gentle and
soothing
“That’s a good girl.”
