“As I was saying before Rachael joined us,” Charles continued, “the aim of The Iscarions
is to help young women, like you, discover true freedom through sexual expression and
through the proper training, which we offer, you have the chance to develop and grow
within our movement as you progress on the voyage of self-discovery. Rachael is a graduate
who will soon be a full Sister and, like you, she started off as a noviciate and is
progressing well.”

“How do I go on this voyage of self-discovery?” Eve sounded quiet, almost like a mouse.

“Well, we have six people, men, here who will help with your voyage. They will teach you
a lot of things that will help you and direct you on the path to freedom. I am one of 
those people and I have a title – it is, Master. One of the things you will learn very
quickly is that you always address me as Master. I am quite strict on the matter and all
our new girls learn the form of address very quickly. Once you learn respect and obedience
you will be able to walk along the path to freedom.”

“Yes, Dawn has explained some of this to me. I have seen the difference it has made to
her and I like what I have seen change, which is why I am wondering if the same could
happen to me.”

“It could do, but to be honest this way of life is not for everyone. Also, once you start
along this path there is no turning back.” Charles looked quickly over to Rachael who was
simply standing there looking at the ground between her feet.

“No turning back?” Eve asked with an even quieter voice.

“No. Once you are accepted into the Iscarions and become a noviciate, we can never let
you leave, so you have to really want this for yourself – and it really is for yourself.
No one else can make the decision for you.”

“But I’m not very good at making decisions and, I have to admit, I’ve had a very
sheltered childhood. So, I don’t know if I want this or not. Oh, it seems to be so very
possibly what I really do want – I just don’t know. If I hadn’t known Dawn for years I
would never have considered getting involved in the things she’s told me, but I know her
well and she has changed so much for the better.”

“Well, we could give you a taster of how we train our noviciates and see if you are
suitable. Don’t forget this is a two way decision. You decide if this is for you and we
have to decide if we think you are up for it, sorry, up to it.” Charles felt his cock
stiffen slightly.

“Okay, I guess it would help me to make up my mind.”

“Good, then for the next hour we will assume you are part of The Iscarions and that as
such you are going to do all you are told to by me, with instant obedience and without
question. If you agree to that then we can proceed.”

“I guess so, okay, you have my agreement.”

“Good. Now, as you are not yet a sworn noviciate I have to ask you to sign this
confidentiality agreement. Nothing that is about to happen can be talked about outside
this room without our permission.”

“But Dawn ...” she never finished the question.

“Dawn asked for our permission. I will explain why we gave it to her if and when you join
us.” Charles’ cock was still rising.

“In that case,” Eve signed the agreement and handed it back to Charles.

“Excellent. Now, for the rest of today you will address me as Master Charles, do you
understand that?”

“Yes, Master Charles.”

“Fine. On that basis, Rachael will show you to the Noviciate Introduction room and will
issue you with your instructions. You will obey her as you will obey me.”

“Yes, Master Charles,” Eve replied softly.

“Yes, Master Charles,” Rachael looked up. “Come with me, Eve. Master Charles will join us
in a few minutes.”

The two young women left Charles’ office and headed for the moderately sized Noviciates
room. 

Rachael knocked on the door to check it was empty even though she knew that would be the
case. Once inside she spoke to Eve.

“Okay, honey, this is going to sound a little weird to you, but just do as you are told
and everything will be fine.”

“And if I don’t do what I’m told then what happens?” Eve sounded frightened and was
evidently tense.

“Then the Masters have ways of punishing us. It could be OTK, more probably a sound
caning or a paddling, or they could basically do anything they want.”

“Is that allowed?”

“Yes, we give ourselves over to our Masters and you basically did the same for the next
few hours by signing that temporary arrangement form.” Rachael adjusted the lighting.

“Okay, thanks for telling me. Guess I’d better do what I’m told.”

“I think that would be wise. If you’re ready, I have to prepare you.”

“Prepare me?” Eve was now confused.

“Yes, prepare you. Take off all your clothes and put them in a neat pile on that chair
and then come back into the middle of the room.”

“You mean, strip naked?”

“Yes. Don’t tell me you have never been naked with another person before.” Rachael
sounded surprised.

“Well, actually, no I haven’t. I don’t even like looking at my own naked body.”

“Are you a virgin?”

“Err, yes, is that a problem?”

“Only if you want it to be.” Rachael smiled to herself at the wonderful prize Charles had
just landed for himself.

“I, well I don’t know.”

“Better decide fairly quickly. We have about three minutes to get you ready. Now,
strip.”

Rachael tried to sound confident and authoritative, but she was actually quite surprised
when Eve started to undress. It took her two minutes to get down to bra and panties and
then she stood there facing Rachael.

“I said strip.” Rachael said very straight-faced.

Slowly the black, lace bra was removed to reveal Eve’s young, firm breasts with their
dark areolas and pink nipples. Then she bent down to lower her panties. She straightened
up and immediately tried to cover her breasts and sex with her hands to create a semblance
of modesty.

“Not done this before?” Rachael asked softly.

“But I feel embarrassed enough now, even in the company of a female stranger.”

“Believe me, the first time is the hardest. I was once like you are now.”

Slowly Eve opened her legs until her feet were the required distance apart from each
other and then her hands moved behind her back.

“Okay, first a few things. If you do join us, you will need to shave your armpits and
your bush will have to go. All the sisterhood are totally clean shaven. It doesn’t matter
for today, but you need to attend to these things before you join us. Next, when you are
expecting a Master for a training session, you would normally have your Noviciate’s
uniform on. It’s not that different to mine. Main thing is to learn to have those nipples
stiff and perky for your Master. It shows you are interested.”

At this point Rachael stepped forward and reached out to both of Eve’s breasts. Eve
